To achieve this, we work with caution, strictly adhere to all legal requirements, and supplement these with additional internal regulations. We regularly conduct risk assessments and take the necessary protective measures. Our employees receive ongoing training in occupational safety and health protection.
In our branches, we provide relief in areas with potentially high physical strain, for example, through the use of lifting aids or technical aids. In addition, we provide all employees in the relevant areas with work clothing and protective equipment. To further promote health protection, we offer various health care measures depending on the branch. These range from the option of voluntary preventive medical checkups with the company doctor to the promotion of company sports groups. Because health is our greatest asset.
