Our project team creates a customized communication concept for our customers and takes care of everything from the initial consultation to the go-live. On request, erzet also harmonizes the existing article master and takes care of the initial comparison of the article master data. We then work with our customers to define the number and type of messages, as well as the communication protocol and the message standard to be used. The configuration is implemented via our Lobster interface/connector and the system is prepared for the productive start in a subsequent test phase.
